We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
  
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  

Please note:

• Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  
• Returns are not accepted for items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or with discounts unless the product is damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@snqherbal.com with your order ID, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
   
2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
   
3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• In case of a COD order, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.
  

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you prefer an exchange (for the same or a different product of equal value):

5. Cancellations
